   Food Processor Method

   - Add chopped butter & shortening, flour, salt & sugar to food processor

   - Pulse until it resembles cornmeal

   - Add water a little at a time until blended

   ** it should not form a ball**

   ** it should be damp enough to the touch to mass together**

   - Turnout onto a floured board and pat into 2 smooth cakes, 1 slightly larger than the other

   - Roll out dough, place in pan and chill for 30 minutes
