Pickled Pig's Feet Recipe

   Cover with cool water in heavy kettle.

   Season with salt and garlic to taste and simmer several hrs till meat separates from bone.

   In saucepan, simmer for about 5 min: 1 tbsp.

   Throw away spice bag.

   Set vinegar aside.

   Cold feet - remove bones.

   Stir spiced vinegar, 1 tsp.

   sugar and 1 minced warm red pepper into meat mix.

    While hot, pack meat and juices into wide mouth jar and chill.
