Ingredients: 1 can Pillsbury artisan style pizza crust; 1 packages garlic & herb boursin cheese; 1/4 cup Mexican crema; 8 slice provolone cheese; 1/2 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese; 1/2 precooked Philly style steak with peppers; 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms; 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin; 1 cornmeal; 1 grated parmesan cheese; 4 - 5 sticks string cheese, cut in half lengthwise

1 can Pillsbury artisan style pizza crust
1 packages garlic & herb boursin cheese
1/4 cup Mexican crema
8 slice provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese
1/2 precooked Philly style steak with peppers
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
1 cornmeal
1 grated parmesan cheese
4 - 5 sticks string cheese, cut in half lengthwise

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spray pizza pan with cooking spray and lightly dust with cornmeal.

Roll out pizza crust.

Cut string cheese in half and roll around edges of crust and pinch to close.

Spread softened boursin over crust and then spread crema.

Layer provolone, then spread desired amount of philly steak, chopped mushrooms and sliced onions.
