Petes Mustard Coleslaw

   Chop washed and cored cabbage into large hunks and put into food processor.

   Pulse 9-10 times until all cabbage is finely chopped (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch size).

   Place cabbage into large bowl.

   Add sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to cabbage and stir.

   Pour into smaller serving dish and cover with plastic wrap then refrigerate until sugar is dissolved and slaw is chilled.

   Serve with chili dogs or BBQ sandwiches.
