Pesto Pizza with Ricotta and Fresh Basil

   Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (or whatever your pizza crust package says).

   Spread pesto on the crust, sprinkle with shredded cheese, then add dollops of ricotta.

   Reduce heat to 425 degrees F and bake pizza for 7 minutes (or follow the pizza crust package directions).

   While pizza bakes, slice tomatoes and basil.

   When your pizza is golden brown and bubbly, remove from the oven and add tomatoes, basil, and pepper.

   Serve!
