1 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
3/4 cups Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
8 ounces, weight Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Divided
8 ounces, weight Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, Divided
⅓ cups Drained Diced Pimentos
