Prep the Salad: Cook noodles until al dente. Drain, rinse with cool water and set aside. Cut Cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out inner seeds with a spoon. Discard seeds. Chop all Veggies, Eggs and Cheese into desired bite sized pieces. Tear or chiffonade the Basil.

For the Dressing: Mix all Ingredients together in a bowl. Taste. Adjust Seasonings if needed, or if dressing looks too thick (think more like a dip consistency), thin out with a bit more Buttermilk. TIP: Or add all ingredients to a Mason Jar and Shake until combined!

First, pour the Dressing over the cooled Elbow Macaroni and mix to coat all the noodles. Next, add in your gorgeous toppings. Mix to combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Can be made a day in advance, it only gets better!!!
