Combine peanut butter, honey and oil in medium-sized bowl until thoroughly mixed.
3
Reserve 2 Tbs. non-fat milk powder and 2 Tbs. sesame/hemp seeds, combine in a separate bowl with 2 Tbs. sugar; set aside.
4
Slowly mix the remaining non-fat milk powder, protein powder and sesame/hemp seeds into the almond butter dough. Fold in dried cranberries, brown puffed rice, and chopped almonds.
5
put dough in a pan/baking sheet and flatten to 1/2 to 3/4 in. thick - you can add more non-fat milk powder if the dough is too sticky. I add more hemp seeds on the outside of my bars and cut them when solid. Store in the fridge or freezer (I put them on freezer paper in the fridge.. when they are cold, tear the paper and wrap them in smaller pieces to take with you!)
