Perfect Bone In Rib Eye Steak

   Pre-heat oven to 135*C.

   Remove from fridge, season steak and let it sit for around 40 minutes before cooking starts.

   Starting the cooking process from room temp helps insure this big lump cooks through properly.

   Drizzle some olive oil on steak and in a hot pan, brown all over to seal.

   Throw in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour for well done.

   45 mins medium.

   30 mins med rare.

   Remove from oven, cover in foil and rest for 8 to 10 minutes before serving with mash and veg- or potato bake and salad- whatever tickles your funny bone.
