   Do not preheat your oven

   Using a wire rack also helps to lift the bacon out of its own grease.

   This allows for even crisper bacon.

   place bacon on a tinfoil Or parchment covered cookie sheet.

   place slices of bacon on sheet

   place cookie sheet in oven

   set oven at 375

   Bake.

   check after 20 minutes
