Pepperoni Bread

   Mix roll mix according to package directions; let rest 5 minutes.

   Mix together 1 egg with cheese and oregano.

   Grease jelly roll pan and spread roll mix out (use flour on fingers so dough won't stick).

   Spread egg mixture over dough; top with cheese and pepperoni slices, overlapping each slice.

   Roll up jelly roll style.

   Pinch seams.

   Let rest 20 minutes.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes until almost golden brown.

   Brush with margarine and return to oven for 5 minutes.

    Serve with salad.
