1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 c. green pepper, chopped
garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. bouillon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
