1 green pepper
2 c. water
2 bouillon cubes
soy sauce
1 can tomatoes
cornstarch
cooked rice

Cut steak into small pieces.

Brown in small amount of oil. Season with garlic powder and onion powder.

Cut green pepper into strips and add to steak.

Add water, bouillon cubes and soy sauce to taste.
