Pepper Steak

   Slice round steak thin and brown in skillet.

   Add onions and bell pepper.

   Add Worcestershire sauce, Ro-Tel and stewed tomatoes.

   Simmer for an hour.

   The longer it simmers the more tender it will be, simmer with a lid on.

   If liquid gets low, add some water or tomatoes.

   Season according to taste.
