1 (14 to 16 ounce.) can tomatoes, liquid removed and minced
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/3 c. minced green pepper
1/2 pound penne
1/4 c. chopped parsley
