Cut in butter with a pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press mixture into the bottom of an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cover and chill 1 hour or until firm.
