Pecan cream cheese banana bread

   Pre heat the oven to 350

   Heavily butter 2 loaf pans

   Toast the pecans in a dry frying pan a couple of minutes til the smell good

   Mix the butter and cream cheese on slow.

   Add sugars, vanilla and eggs separately

   Mix the dry ingredients in separate bowl.

   Then add to the wet mixture slowly.

   To finish add the mushed bananas and toasted pecans stir by hand.

   Bake for 1 hour and clean toothpick test

    Let cool in pan for 15 minutes

    Then finish them cooling on racks
