Peanutbutter fudge cookies

   Heat oven to 350 With a spoon mix peanut butter, sugar, & egg until combined.

   With your hands form into balls.

   Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

   Using your thumb press down just the center of the cookies making a little well.

   Bake for 20 minutes.

   While cookies are baking combine chocolate, butter, & corn syrup in a small bowl.

   Place bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water and melt until combined.

   remove from heat

   By now cookies have cooled for about 5 minutes Using a spoon top all the cookies with chocolate mixture dividing evenly.
