1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. dill seed powder
1 can tomato sauce/paste
enough water to fill pot
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. ginger powder
1 Tbsp. celery powder
2 to 3 Tbsp. peanut butter

Cut beef, smoked turkey or chicken (you may use all 3 if you desire) into manageable sizes; boil.

Add chopped onion and green pepper.

Add tablespoon of oregano, ginger powder, dill seed powder, celery powder, a can of tomato paste or sauce and 2 to 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Boil all of these ingredients for about an hour or two.
