8 oz. cream cheese
2 3/4 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
Hershey candy bar
chopped peanuts (if desired)

Blend together flour, peanuts and butter; press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
