1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars; add egg and vanilla. Mix well.

Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins.

Bake at 375u00b0 for 8 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, press peanut butter cup into center.
