Peanut Butter Sticks

   Cut crust off loaf of bread.

   Cut each slice of bread into five fingers.

   Electric knife makes this easier and neater.

   Put fingers and crusts on cookie sheets in 200u00b0 oven for one hour. Crush crust into crumbs.

   Dip bread fingers into mixture of oil and peanut butter.

   Roll in crushed crumbs.

   Place on wax paper to dry.

   Store in a tight container.

   They will stay crisp for a long time.
