1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chocolate sundae sauce
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal

Blend together shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, soda, salt and vanilla until light.

Mix in 2 cups flour.

Press 2/3 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

Top with mixture of chocolate sauce, powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.

Add oatmeal to remaining dough.

Crumble over filling. Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
