Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.

Mix all of the bars ingredients together and press into a loaf pan.

Dampen fingers with water to move and even out the dough.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until slightly browned around the edges.

Let cool, then cut into 6 bars.

Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds (heating for additional 30 second increments if needed) and then mix in the cocoa until smooth.

Stir in liquid sweetener.

Spread on top of the peanut butter bars.
