Peanut Butter & Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. With a teaspoon, scoop the mixture on to a cookie sheet. Flatten it carefully with a fork (if you added the peanut butter chips).

   Bake for 10-12 minutes or until it is slightly brown. These cookies are really soft until cooled, so make sure to cool them well before removing from the cookie sheet.
