Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

   Place sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan.

   Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.

   Remove from heat and quickly add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla and nuts.

   Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.

   Let stand to dry.
