Peanut Butter Kisses

   Preheat the oven to 375u00b0F.

   In the bowl of a mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy.

   In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the mixer and combine into a dough.

   Scoop by the tablespoon, and place into a bowl of sugar. Roll in the sugar to lightly coat each ball, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375u00b0F for 8-10 minutes.

   Add the Hershey kisses to the center, then put back in the oven for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and let cool. Enjoy!
