1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter, peanut butter and both sugars.

Add egg and vanilla and beat until creamy.

Stir in dry ingredients until blended.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls.

Put into greased and floured

Bake at 325u00b0 for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press 1 peanut butter cup into each hot cookie crust.
