Peanut Butter Cookies with Flax

   Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

   Combine all ingredients except egg whites in large bowl.

   Beat egg whites in large bowl with mixer on high speed 2 to 3 min.

   or until frothy.

   Add to peanut butter mixture; stir just until blended.

   Shape into 20 (1-inch) balls; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.

   Flatten in crisscross pattern with tines of fork dipped in sugar.

   Bake 8 to 10 min.

   or until edges of cookies are set.

    Cool 2 min.
