Peanut Butter Cookies

   In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and peanut butter,.

   add egg incorpotating the ingrediantes well.

   Slowly add flour and corn startch.

   Mix everthing well; but don`t over mix, you dont want hard cookies.

   Roll the dough, cut 11/2 inch pieces, then roll on your hands to form a ball, place in a lined baking tray with parchument paper.Heat the oven to 350 celcius, bake 8-12 minutes.
