Peanut Butter Cookies

   Sift flour, salt and soda together and place aside.

   Cream shortening with sugar and add beaten eggs and beat until mixture is smooth and fluffy.

   Add peanut butter and really beat.

   Fold flour mixture into sugar mixture and add vanilla.
