Peanut Butter-Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

   Heat oven to 325F.

   Mix egg, sugar and 1 cup peanut butter until blended.

   Roll into 24 balls; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheets.

   Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork.

   Bake 16 to 18 min.

   or until lightly browned.

    Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.

    Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.

    or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
