Ingredients: 1 cup Crisco Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening OR 1 stick Crisco(R) Baking Sticks Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening; 1 1/2 cups Jif Creamy Peanut Butter; 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar; 2 large eggs; 14 ounces Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 2 cups Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
14 ounces Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

HEAT oven to 350u00b0F.

COMBINE shortening, peanut butter and brown sugar in bowl of electric mixer; beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in eggs, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.

COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Mix into shortening mixture at low speed until just blended. Stir in pecans. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE 10 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets. Place on cooling racks to cool completely.
