1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. chocolate chips
2 (8 oz.) ppkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. milk

Combine dry ingredients, except 1/4 c. sugar and add to butter mixture.
