2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. milk chocolate kisses
sugar to roll balls in

Add all dry ingredients in 1 bowl.

Add all other ingredients in another bowl; add to dry ingredients and mix well.

(Dough may be a little moist.)

Roll cookie dough into small balls, then roll in either sugar or colored sugar.

Place on cookie sheet; bake until half done.

Place 1 kiss on top and press down a little. Finish baking until done or you see cookies are brown.
