Peanut Apple Muffins

   Combine peanut butter, milk, eggs and apple.

   Then in a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar and spices.

   Pour milk mixture into the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.

   Spoon mixture into 1/2 cup capacity, non-stick muffin pans.

   Bake at 190C for 20 minutes or until cooked.

   Serve warm or cold.
