Peanut And Apple Puffs

   Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

   Line a baking tray with non-stick mat, or parchment paper. Set aside.

   In a food processor coarsely chop the apple. Set aside.

   Then chop the peanuts. Set aside.

   Spread out the puff pastry gently to avoid tearing.

   Spread peanut butter across the surface of the pastry.

   Spread apple and peanuts evenly across the pastry.

   Roll up like a roll cake, and stick end of the dough to the roll with a little water.

   Cut into 2 centimeter slices, and place on baking tray. Squeeze the roll slightly so they don't open while baking.

    Bake until golden.
