Peameal Bacon on a Bun

   oil in large skillet on medium heat.

   Add bacon; cook 2 to 3 min.

   barbecue sauce; turn to coat both sides of each bacon slice with glaze.

   Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.

   Heat remaining oil in small skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min.

    Add remaining barbecue sauce; cook and stir 1 min.

    Mix Miracle Whip and mustard; spread onto bottoms of buns.
