1 pkg. dry vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
3 tbsp. butter
margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 can (15 oz.) sliced peaches
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. reserved peach juice
