Peach Sweet Potato Puffs

   Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water 25 to 30 minutes or until tender; drain.

   Let cool to touch.

   Peel, mash and measure 2 cups potatoes.

   Combine sweet potatoes and the next 5 ingredients and stir until well mixed.

   Pipe or spoon potato mixture onto peach halves.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield:
