Peach Pops

   Process half of the peach slices in a food processor until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Finely chop remaining half of peach slices. Stir together pureed peaches, chopped peaches, sugar, and honey in a bowl.

   Fill plastic ice pop molds with peach mixture, leaving some room at top to allow for expansion. Top with lids, and insert craft sticks through the holes. Freeze until pops are completely firm and sticks are set, 3 to 4 hours. To remove the pops, remove lids, and then squeeze the sides of the molds, twisting them slightly to dislodge the pop. If necessary, run the outside of the molds under hot water.
