It will seem like a lot but use it all, you won't regret it!", "Bake in an oven pre-heated to 425F for 35-40 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the filling is bubbling. Allow to cool (this will help it firm up a bit) before moving to a serving plate. Use the parchment paper to help slide it of the baking tray on to the plate.", "Top with sage chips.
