Peach-Colored Marinated Red Onion

   Thinly slice the onion and lightly boil for 1-2 minutes.

   Drain the water through a colander.

3. 3

   Combine the flavoring ingredients to make the marinade.

   Combine the marinade with the wrung out onion!

   As soon as the marinade is mixed with the onions they become a lovely pink color!

   I added ham this time to create the pink marinade.

   It's the color of Spring!
