Paximadia Greek Toasts

   Place oil and sugar in bowl and blend well.

   Add one egg at a time and beat well.

   Add the remaining ingredients and mix until batter is smooth (batter is very soft).

   Divide in five and place in greased and floured bread pans.

   Brush with milk.

   Bake in 350u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

   Remove from pans and slice while hot, then let cool for 10 minutes.

   Place flat on cookie sheet and return to oven until lightly golden in color (about 10 minutes).
