2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons basil

1 lb Italian sausage
1 lb elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 ½ cups milk
½ cup romano cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is transparent.
