2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. long macaroni
1 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
dash of cinnamon

Saute onion in a little water in a large frying pan; add ground beef and brown.
