1 package Penne Pasta, 16 Ounce Package
2 cans (14 Oz. Size) No Salt Added, Diced Tomatoes
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 cups Diced Red Onions
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 package 4 Count - Tomato Garlic Chicken Sausages (Trader Joes)
5 leaves Fresh Basil
1/4 cups Diced Red Bell Pepper
1 sprig Rosemary - Stripped
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt And Pepper To Taste

Boil a pot of water enough to cover the depth of your pasta.

Add pasta to boiling water and simmer till al dente.

After draining pasta, toss with a little olive oil to keep pasta from sticking.

For the sauce: Empty the 2 cans of diced tomatoes into a food processor and go get your garlic.

Break out 3 cloves of garlic.

Add the garlic to the tomatoes in the food processor and punch it for about 20 seconds.

Unwrap the sausage and dice it fine.

Saute for about 8 minutes on high, tossing often.

Dice the basil leaves and the red bell pepper and add to the tomato sauce.

Add your dried thyme and oregano and the rosemary.
