12 lb argentine sausage, casing removed and chopped. in 1/2 inch slices
15 -20 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup red wine
¼ cup chicken stock
½ teaspoon sugar
salt
black pepper
½ teaspoon sriracha chili sauce
2 servings pasta
fresh grated parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley
