Papier-Mache Paste(For The Kids On A Rainy Day)

   Mix flour and water well; let stand until flour is dissolved, about 20 minutes.

   Cook over low heat until transparent.

   Stir constantly.

   Remove from fire and place in covered jar.

   Add a few drops of oil of cloves.

   Paste may be kept in refrigerator several days.

   Cover a bowl with vaseline.

   Dip strips of paper in paste and lay crisscross several times.

   Let dry.

    Sandpaper and paint.
