Pan Baked Beans

   Chop onion fine.

   Put it in skillet.

   Cut bacon in small pieces.

   Put them on a low fire and cook until bacon is done.

   Put pork and beans in and a small amount of water.

   When the mixture begins to boil reduce heat and add the brown sugar.

   Cook until the mixture darkens and thickens.

   Salt to taste.
